Where are you from originally?
I am originally from South of France, Cassis-- but my dad is Corsican so I was very often in Corsica since I was very young.
How did you get started?
I started modeling after being scouted by my agent. When I had the feeling it was that right moment-- I decided to go to Paris.
Was heading to Paris difficult that first time?
At the beginning it was very difficult for me. First because I am from South of France and Paris was not my favorite weather or kind of life. And second-- because I was really missing my family even though it was not too far.
With the model biz-- what's been your favorite experience?
My favorite experience so far-- since becoming a model was the Festival de Hyères. Lots of emotions and good vibes! I also did a shoot for the Plaza Athénée magazine with Gilles Bensimon who was amazing.
How have you changed from the start of your career?
I have totally changed from when I first started modeling. At the beginning I was scared of everything. Couldn't do anything alone, without my mother. Since then I have gained much confidence. I am really independent now. This job makes me do everything which made me scared before.
When I first arrived in Paris I didn't even know how to take the Metro. These days I am taking international plane flights very often and on my own.
What's something about yourself that might surprise people?
I would say my spontaneity. I will say exactly what I think when it's in my thought. I am very natural-- doing just what I want when I want to do it.
What do you do when not working?
When not working-- I'm walking around with my little dog-- or I am cooking because I love it! Also seeing my friends because I can't stay 1 hour without speaking!
Other aspirations outside modeling?
My interests outside modeling are animals and traveling. I love discovering different places and their people and culture. My dream travel destination is Kenya-- for doing a safari. Just the nature, the animals, don't need more!
When you're in Paris-- any favorite places or things to do?
Nanashi is my favorite restaurant for a healthy break with great juices and so many good things to eat. I'm really a fan about food-- so I will give you another restaurant for wonderful couscous. It's the 404 in Le Marais-- it's amazing!
I also love going to the spa-- Les Bains du Marais. I have so much energy in my soul and I really need to be relaxed-- so this is the perfect way!
